1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Faulty Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
❌ Change of Mind: Returns for "not liking the product" are not accepted, but you may email us for review.
Requirements:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags intact).

Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

A short video + photos of the issue must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Ship Back: Return the item via traceable courier (customer pays return shipping).
3. Refund/Exchange Process

Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or bank account if prepaid).

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.
